I'm on a mission to build an empowering developer experience, so engineers can focus on shipping and operating great products; faster, more reliable, efficient, and secure.

## My Approach

My principles are simple: remove every obstacle between engineers and shipping great products. I build high-trust, autonomous teams and invest in the platforms, tooling, and culture that make this possible.

With a background spanning DevOps, security architecture, and cloud platform strategy, I connect technical solutions to business outcomes. I specialize in creating tangible results through FinOps, modern and AI-native platform engineering, and organizational design using frameworks like Team Topologies.

## What I Do

### Platform Engineering and Developer Enablement
I treat the platform as a product to accelerate the entire engineering organization. By investing in CI/CD, observability, and data-driven DevEx improvements, I reduce friction and empower product teams to deliver value to customers faster and more frequently.

### FinOps and Cost Optimization
I translate cloud spend into business metrics that everyone can understand. By building a culture of financial accountability and partnering with Finance, I deliver recurring savings and improve budget predictability.

### Cloud and DevOps
I design and implement scalable operating models using frameworks like Team Topologies. By clarifying ownership and creating clear communication paths, I transform siloed groups into a high-performing, collaborative engineering system where teams own their services end-to-end.

### Cloud Security
I embed security into the development lifecycle, enabling teams with the guardrails and tools they need to build secure products by default. I implement comprehensive security architectures, including Secure Product Lifecycle (SPLC) and modernized IAM, to harden cloud environments to withstand both evolving threats and zero-day vulnerabilities.
